DANCE FUNDAMENTALS
Dance fundamentals develops core strength, movement from the center, deep sensory coordination skills, dynamics of posture, as well as refreshing basic dance techniques.
Tips to prevent common dance injuries will be shared. Class will include floor and center barre with movement combinations. Dancers will become stronger, technically more proficient and find ease in performing.
Loretta Simon Helms, M.S.Ed., has taught Pilates since 1981. Her professional career includes work as a performer, choreographer, teacher and educator. Classes will be fun and challenging.
